Achieving Healthy Weight Easily and Naturally

Dear Erik,

Before I came to see you, I hadn't realized how unhappy I was with some parts of my life. I wasn't happy with my features, but also with my mind, that I considered weak for not being able to eat all those unhealthy foods.

Right after the first two sessions, I noticed a dramatic change in the way I was behaving. I stopped snacking, and started eating healthy food only. After the 3rd session, I started drinking 1.5 liter of water a day and exercising. Even if these changes feel natural to me today, I know that I've come a long way, and that this is just the beginning.

I now feel confident that I can reach my target weight, and still feel good; not "sacrificing" my snacks, but rather letting go of my old self.

Anxiety Attacks

“I'd been having intense anxiety attacks. At the end of my rope, I sought Erik's help. His familiarity with my condition along with his calm yet upbeat reassurance made me feel certain that he could help me. Through his amazing skillfulness, he helped me to resolve the panic attacks. War movies and other stressful themes could trigger one. This had limited my entertainment as well as my work options.”


“Erik guided me through a desensitizing session after which I felt immediate relief. He taught me a technique to use to assuage the panic if it came on again. We also did some deep work, which gets at–and releases–underlying causes. After that, I felt my fears had dissipated but I continued to be cautious about the types of movies I watched. Then, I got a tough assignment that would put me through the acid test: I was to dub a 110-minute WWII documentary, which had actual battle footage, while wearing headphones, with a mike and a video monitor right in my face. There would be no way of averting my eyes from the violent scenes I was to narrate.”

I was greatly relieved to discover I could get through it without succumbing to an attack by using the technique he'd taught me. I also practiced with the WWII video I was to dub, which was just a shade less intense than "Ryan".”

Still Sleeping Like Rock Every Night

“Six months ago I started waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to get back to sleep. It happened at first only once or twice a week… Very quickly, though, the problem got worse: within a month I was waking up every single night two or three hours after falling asleep and staying awake until morning. Calming Performance Nerves

“I would like to tell you about one experience I had… I usually get very nervous when I think that someone might “see through” me and think I'm a fake. I was at a DJ gig for Jaguar. Free of Overwhelming Anxiety and Fear of Ants

“Since early childhood, I have always had an extreme fear of ants. For most of my life, whenever seeing ants I would be immediately overcome by strong anxiety, panic and sometimes by shaking and nausea ('9' on a 0–10 scale)! Moreover, I would be strongly repulsed by anything the ants had been crawling on. When others merely talked about ants, I also had similar intense reactions! I worked on my ant phobia in two short sessions with Erik. In the first session, my lifelong fear of ants was reduced from '9' to about '3' within a few minutes. In the second session, my fear went down to 0! In the two months since these sessions, I have continued to be free of any unpleasant feelings about ants. Ulcerative Colitis Symptoms

“I have had ulcerative colitis for about 5 years. Usually it's stable and I don't have any symptoms. The symptoms came back at the beginning of June perhaps because of stress. They got worse in September, and when I had the first session, I was feeling very weak and terrified.”

“I had sessions with Erik twice, both lasted about 1 hour. Before the first session, my condition was bad. I had diarrhea and there was blood in my stool. I had to go to the bathroom many times a day, and I couldn't sleep well because of that. I had just come back from California after living there for a year, and I couldn't adjust myself to the severe Tokyo environment. In the first session, we worked on my allergies and my fears about the hectic city environment. One day later, all of these symptoms were resolved. However, the blood in my stool came back a few weeks later when the weather got colder.”

“We had the second session in October, and this time we worked mostly on my remaining allergies, anxieties about my work, and weakness towards cold weather. The blood in the stool went away a few weeks later. I felt lighter and feel that I can now move my body more freely. I am doing very well, thank you!
